Hello, I am Terell, team leader at Noble Home Solutions, a full service real estate investment company. I am also a real estate broker with eXp Realty, and a senior loan officer at Rate Leaf Inc. Born and raised in Miami, FL I excelled as realtor being acknowledged as a top 20 under 40 realtor by the Miami Association of Realtors in 2022. A passion rooted in my family’s history of home-ownership in Liberty City, FL was inspired by my grandfather’s legacy of building his own home, I understood early on the value of property ownership in creating generational wealth. In a short five year span our company has had the good fortune of purchasing over 100 homes, while also helping over 200 families buy or sell real estate.
