FREC Rule Regarding Mailing Address Modified

 The Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) removed the word ‘residential’ from Rule 61J210.038, allowing agents to designate their preferred official mailing address. Mailing and email address changes must be sent to the DBPR in writing within 10 days after the change.
