Hello, I am Terell, team leader at Noble Home Solutions, a full service real estate investment company. I am also a real estate broker with eXp Realty, and a senior loan officer at Rate Leaf Inc. Born and raised in Miami, FL I excelled as realtor being acknowledged as a top 20 under 40 realtor by the Miami Association of Realtors in 2022. A passion rooted in my family’s history of home-ownership in Liberty City, FL was inspired by my grandfather’s legacy of building his own home, I understood early on the value of property ownership in creating generational wealth. In a short five year span our company has had the good fortune of purchasing over 100 homes, while also helping over 200 families buy or sell real estate .
In a remarkably short span, I have purchased and sold over $50 million in real estate volume. This achievement, along with my commitment to breaking down barriers in the real estate market, I have also been the highest producing agent in my past brokerage, demonstrating my deep commitment and skill in the field.
Today, I am a mentor and coach to real estate agents across the nation, guiding them in scaling their businesses efficiently. This role of fostering growth in others is immensely rewarding.
My real estate journey has also included acquiring a diverse portfolio, building a million-dollar real estate empire nationwide. My mission remains steadfast: to empower individuals and families to realize their potential in real estate and secure a prosperous future.
